Returns & Refunds Policy
Your right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.
Important exception for supplements (hygiene seal)
Under Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they have been unsealed after delivery. Because our products are food supplements, this means:
- Unopened products with the safety seal intact can be returned within 14 days.
- Products that have been opened, or whose seal is broken, cannot be returned — unless they are faulty.
How to return
Please contact us first at support@compoundsupps.com before sending anything back. Visits to our registered office are by appointment only — please don't show up unannounced with a return. To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days at support@compoundsupps.com, stating your order number, and we will confirm the correct return process with you. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or was sent in error.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price (and the standard outbound shipping cost, where the entire order is returned) within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
Faulty or damaged goods
If a product arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us at support@compoundsupps.com within a reasonable period. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under Dutch and EU consumer law. We cover return shipping for faulty items.
