1. About us

This website is operated by Compound Supps (“we”, “us”, “our”). Compound Supps is a trading name of Lost Industries (VOF), a supplement retailer based in the Netherlands, selling to consumers across the European Union. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our products

All products sold by Compound Supps are food supplements. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Our products are not suitable for children, or for pregnant or breastfeeding women, and are not recommended for anyone under 18 years of age. If you take medication or have a pre-existing medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Always read the label and do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

3. Orders & contract formation

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example where a product is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we are unable to ship to your location.

4. Prices & payment

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include Dutch VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is processed securely; we do not store your full payment details.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and shipping costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal & returns

As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Important exceptions apply to sealed supplements once they have been opened. Before returning any item, please contact us first at support@compoundsupps.com. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Conformity & warranty

Your order must conform to the contract. If a product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to the remedies provided under Dutch and EU consumer law. Please contact us as soon as possible.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our liability arising out of any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for use of products contrary to the label instructions.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos and branding) is owned by Compound Supps or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
